Diagnosis is included with the repair. If you only want testing or decide not to proceed with a repair, ask us about any diagnostic charge before authorizing testing.
Why do you not list prices or ranges?
The cost depends on your vehicle, the root cause, the parts needed, and the work involved. The same symptom can need a small fix or a major repair, so we quote your car after diagnosis instead of publishing a price or range.
What vehicles do you work on?
We service every hybrid make and model, Tesla electric vehicles, and regular gas vehicles. We do not service diesel vehicles.
Where are you located, and who do you serve?
Our shop is at 8419 Terminal Rd, Lorton, VA 22079. We serve drivers across Northern Virginia, including Springfield, Woodbridge, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and Annandale.
Do I get a price before any work is done?
Yes. We test and diagnose first, then give you a clear written quote and explain it in plain language. We never start work without your approval, and we do not push repairs you do not need.
