What this service includes
- Vehicle-specific maintenance and repair discussions
- Assessment of individual faults and proposed repair work
- Scope, timing, and applicable warranty explained before repair approval
Triton provides ongoing fleet maintenance and individual fleet repairs for Northern Virginia businesses. Bring one vehicle with a problem or discuss service for several vehicles with Sal at our Lorton shop.
We work on regular gas vehicles, every hybrid make and model, and Tesla electric vehicles. We do not service diesel vehicles. Share the fleet’s vehicle details, current concerns, and booking constraints so we can discuss the work you need.
Share a list of vehicles, mileages, maintenance records, and how each is used. Tell us about upcoming service needs and unresolved concerns. Maintenance should follow the applicable manufacturer guidance and vehicle condition; a mixed fleet needs more than one generic schedule.
Discuss appointment availability and which vehicles your business can release for service. We can talk through the maintenance and repair work, but do not assume a fixed turnaround, priority slot, pickup service, loaner, or fleet contract without confirming the arrangement.
A fleet inquiry does not require committing every vehicle to an ongoing arrangement. Contact us about a warning light, braking concern, A/C problem, engine fault, hybrid battery concern, or another repair. The appropriate work depends on the vehicle and diagnosis.
Bring previous findings or a repair proposal if you want to discuss the options. Explain the vehicle’s role and current symptoms. If it cannot safely be driven, call about the next step before bringing it in. Major work needs a confirmed scope and an explanation of any further findings that could change it.
Name the person who can discuss findings and approve work for your business. Share an alternate contact and any internal requirements for receiving the proposal. Agree on the work before it begins and ask what written coverage applies to that repair.
Battery warranty terms apply to the relevant battery work, subject to the written terms; they are not a blanket fleet-repair warranty. This service covers vehicle maintenance and repairs. Fleet software, driver management, regulatory compliance services, and guaranteed response times are not implied.
Send vehicle details, maintenance history, current faults, and the best approval contact. Ask about one repair or ongoing maintenance.
Review service needs or diagnostic findings, the proposed scope, quote, availability, and applicable warranty.
We perform the agreed work. Keep the service details and any remaining recommendations in the vehicle’s fleet record.
Every hybrid make and model, Tesla electric vehicles, and regular gas vehicles. No diesel vehicles.
Both. Discuss recurring maintenance needs with Sal, or contact us about a single fleet vehicle that needs attention.
Yes. Triton services regular gas vehicles, every hybrid make and model, and Tesla electric vehicles. Diesel vehicles are excluded. Share the exact vehicles and work needed when arranging service.
Timing depends on appointments, diagnosis, parts, the work involved, and any further findings. Discuss your constraints and the expected process before approving work; no universal turnaround is promised.
Diagnosis is included with the repair. If you only want testing or decide not to proceed with a repair, ask us about any diagnostic charge before authorizing testing.
The cost depends on your vehicle, the root cause, the parts needed, and the work involved. The same symptom can need a small fix or a major repair, so we quote your car after diagnosis instead of publishing a price or range.
We service every hybrid make and model, Tesla electric vehicles, and regular gas vehicles. We do not service diesel vehicles.
